Having five (5) separate production units for various dyes situated in the Industrial city of Ahmedabad for manufacturing

The manufacturing process unfolds under the watchful eyes of the experts. The whole process is synchronized into different divisions. Each for a distinct purpose. For moving from one division to another the products require to fulfills the prescribed norms of the one in question. It's only when a set of products has gone through all of them that a cycle is considered over. The cycle encompasses the whole spectrum from reception of raw materials to final delivery.

It has been our practice since inception to ensure that each batch of production goes through strict quality checking and we aim at providing to our valued customers quality products and consistency thereof. We make sure that the right product reaches the right customer – no compromise on quality. This has been possible with the help of most sophisticated testing instruments like spectrophotometer and other equipments installed in our Laboratory. Experienced Chemists with hands on experienced in Dyestuff industry take care of the quality parameters, thereby helping the organization gain the loyalty of the large number of customers. We retain sample undergoes testing against the approved samples, under strict supervision of our qualified chemists. We have five (5) separate production units and each unit is headed by qualified and experienced professionals. Some of the equipments in our paint are spray dries, which ensures free flow of dyes, Reverse osmosis system which ensure high concentration salt free Dyes.

Our infrastructure comprises of the entire range of necessary instruments to pay attention to every section of our business & quality requirement. We have a huge array of skilled labours working with the help of the best & latest machinery available in market. The machines are kept under the aegis of technical experts whose responsibility ranges from rectifying minor snags to notifying the authority concerned when a gadget requires to be replaced.

Research Development programs are designed to achieve four objectives.

Dyes are characterized especially by a wide range of shades, brilliancy, excellent wet fastness, simple application method and minimized consumption of energy required for dyeing. They are applicable on all types of natural as well regenerated cellulosic materials or on blend other like wool, polyester, polymides etc.

Reactive dyes are of following different types:
- 'Cold' Brand Dyes (Dichloro triazine Based)
- 'HE' Brand Dyes (Bis Monochloro Triazine Based)
- 'ME' Brand Dyes (Mixed Bifunctional Based)
- Hot' Brand Dyes (Monochloro Triazine Based)
- 'VS' Brand Dyes (B-Sulphatoethyl Sulphone Based)
